Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician in Ocala, FL to keep floors clean and safe in a fast-paced facility. You will perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and routine maintenance in designated areas.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with variable day/night shifts, including weekends. KBS offers benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, paid time off, and other programs to support employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Willingness to work days and nights, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with equipment.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large objects and follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Report to Supervisor any repairs or safety hazards.
