The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to work in and assist people through challenging situations, and be customer service-oriented. Our primary task each day is to help customers experiencing emotional distress and restore their confidence. The role involves mobilizing homes or businesses for packing and moving out to facilitate restoration, cleaning, deodorizing, and storing contents until the process is complete. The team also handles cleaning of structures affected by fire, water, or mold, along with general cleaning tasks.
