Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. in Avon, IN seeks an Equipment Operator for the Omni-Channel Distribution Center. You will operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to fulfill orders and support daily warehouse operations.

Starting base pay is $21.50 - $23.00/hr with potential shift differential. You must meet safety, attendance, and performance standards while providing great service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Must obtain DOT certifications.
• Able to operate RF terminals and equipment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and process orders as directed.
• Meet safety, production, and service level standards.
• Use RF terminals in inventory control.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Cross-train in other equipment operator roles.
• Assist Maintenance as needed.
