Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is hiring an Equipment Operator responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to process orders and support warehouse operations. You will meet safety and productivity standards while maintaining accurate inventory and providing quality service.

Starting pay is $20.40–$21.85 per hour, with possible shift differential. The role requires DOT readiness, flexibility in shifts, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to attain certification in safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Operate equipment to process orders and support operations.
• Process orders without equipment when needed.
• Meet safety, production and service level standards.
• Maintain attendance and flexible to shifts and overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
• Cross-train in other equipment operator classifications.
• Assist Maintenance on projects requiring equipment support.
