Job summary

Sephora is seeking to fill a Full Time Regular Shift position at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role involves operating material handling equipment, processing orders, and maintaining safety standards to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process orders and other work as directed by Management.
• Meet safety, production and service level standards.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain attendance and flexible to shifts including overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
• Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
