Job summary

Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN is hiring a Warehouse Associate. You will safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship Sephora orders to stores and online customers using standard procedures.

You’ll work across receiving, packing and shipping, while following safety rules and aiming for accurate, timely fulfillment. Starting base pay is $19.00 per hour with possible shift differential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with WMS picking procedures or similar systems.
• Ability to learn warehouse layout and navigate efficiently.
• Operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish product.
• Pack products using standard methods and check counts.
• Work cross-functionally in receiving, packing, shipping and put-away.
• Demonstrate basic math and accuracy in counts.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship Sephora orders.
• Maintain safety rules and report violations per policy.
• Support multiple departments based on business needs.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
