Job summary

Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS, is hiring an Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations. You will operate motorized and manual material handling equipment, process orders, and maintain safety and attendance standards.

Starting pay ranges from $20.40 to $21.85 per hour, with possible shift differential. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and obtain DOT certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized and manual material handling equipment.
• Process orders and perform other work as directed by Management.
• Meet safety, production and service level standards.
• Maintain attendance and flexible scheduling; work overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality customer service and cross-train in other equipment operator roles.
