Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc in Avon, IN seeks an Equipment Operator for a full-time Fri-Sun day shift at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center. The role involves operating various material handling equipment, meeting safety and productivity standards, and supporting inventory control.

You will gain training to obtain DOT certifications, handle RF terminals, and collaborate with management to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attain required certification in the safe operation of various types of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
• Ability to obtain any/all job required DOT certifications.
• Strong motor coordination to operate equipment safely in tight quarters.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process orders and support management directives.
• Process orders without equipment when needed.
• Meet company safety, production and service level standards.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime.
• Support inventory control using RF terminals and related systems.
• Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
