Job summary

Sephora in Avon, IN is seeking an Equipment Operator to support a busy warehouse distribution center. You will operate a range of material handling equipment, process orders, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Starting pay is $21.50–$23.00 per hour with potential shift differential. You will train on equipment, work with RF terminals, and cross-train in other roles to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Attain certification to safely operate various material handling equipment.
• Operate equipment to process orders and to perform other work as directed by Management.
• Process orders without equipment as business needs dictate.
• Meet established company safety, production and service level standards.
• Operate RF terminals in support of inventory control procedures.
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain attendance.
• Maintain flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime as needed.
• Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications.
• Assist Maintenance as needed on projects requiring motorized equipment support.
