Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Las Vegas Distribution Center. You will operate material handling equipment to pick and move orders, maintain safety standards, and support inventory control using RF terminals.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.45 per hour with potential shift differential. The role requires regular attendance, flexibility, and willingness to train on additional non-equipment tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to attain required certification in the safe operation of various types of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
• Use equipment to process orders and to perform other work as directed by Management.
• Process orders without equipment as business needs dictate.
• Meet established company safety, production and service level standards.
• Operate RF terminals in support of company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
• Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire; report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
