Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Equipment Operator at its Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. You will operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations, process orders, and assist maintenance as needed.

Starting pay is $20.40–$21.85 per hour with potential shift differentials. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, vision/dental, and a product discount. Adherence to safety policies is required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse equipment operation experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures.
• Must be able to obtain required DOT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of material handling equipment and RF terminals to process orders.
• Meet safety, production and service level standards.
• Assist maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Cross-train in other equipment operator tasks.
