Job summary

Columbia Tech is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Manager in Westborough, MA to lead all warehousing functions, including receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of inventory. You will collaborate with the executive team to set annual warehouse goals and drive safe, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse supervision, strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Control Supervisor.
• WMS experience and physical inventory/record-keeping knowledge.
• Familiarity with tools, parts, materials in electronics industry.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all warehouse personnel and supervisory roles.
• Oversee receiving, kitting, outsourcing, shipping and logistics.
• Communicate and drive execution of annual warehouse goals.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy; assist with physical inventories.
• Ensure training on ISO work instructions, procedures and quality policy.
• Promote workplace health and safety for all associates.
• Oversee care and security of building, vehicles and inventory.
• Motivate team to meet performance and productivity targets.
