Responsibilities

• Establish and execute daily delivery routes
• Balance customer priority, geography, and truck capacity
• Monitor driver communication channels via Microsoft Teams
• Use GPS tracking to monitor delivery progress in real time
• Prioritize a "Fix It Fast" mentality on delivery issues
• Direct supervisor of branch drivers and warehouse staff
• Ensure DOT compliance (medical cards, licensing, logs, inspections)
• Own inventory accuracy at the branch level
• Maintain safe warehouse environment and enforce PPE standards
• Plan next-day deliveries and coordinate with Inside Sales on fulfillment timing
