You will supervise drivers, loaders, and staff, coordinate with the Branch Manager, and drive efficient, compliant branch performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving in a fast-paced environment. A CDL and forklift certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of building materials.
• Manage and coordinate the dispatching of trucks to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries to job sites, optimizing routes.
• Supervise the loading and unloading processes, ensuring prompt and precise handling of orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Implement and manage inventory control measures, including purchasing, weekly cycle counts, pricing strategies, and stock waste evaluation.
• Lead and conduct safety audits and meetings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and readiness of logistics equipment (tractors, trailers, forklifts).
• Administer and track work hours for drivers and warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to support order processing, end-of-day balancing, and continuous improvement.
