Heritage Pool Supply - Frisco is seeking an Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, supervise drivers and staff, and optimize dispatch and inventory control. You will coordinate deliveries to job sites, ensure safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate receipt, storage and distribution.
• Coordinate truck dispatches and optimize routes for timely deliveries.
• Supervise loading/unloading and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Implement inventory controls, weekly cycle counts, and stock evaluation.
• Lead safety audits and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance of logistics equipment to ensure uptime.
• Track driver and staff work hours and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support branch operations with order processing and continuous improvement.
