Job summary

World Courier is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping at our Grand Prairie facility. You will direct workflow, train staff and ensure accuracy in every step of order fulfillment.

You’ll manage records for shipments and controlled substances, maintain safety standards, and drive improvements in productivity and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in a related, progressively responsible role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and monitors performance of warehouse staff.
• Ensures accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Maintains detailed records for shipments, inventory, and controlled substances with accuracy.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coordinates with teams to improve efficiency and costs.
• Oversees equipment like RF devices and reach trucks as needed.
