Job summary

Rexel USA in Springdale, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I to accurately fill customer orders, stock, and ship materials while performing essential warehouse tasks. The role includes operating delivery vehicles for up to 50% of time, with no CDL required, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and productivity, with duties spanning receiving, stocking, inventory, and light driving to branch locations or supplier sites.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and deliver products to customers as needed
• Receive, stock, and stockroom organization to meet safety and productivity standards
• Process shipments and paperwork, verify accuracy and documentation
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist in loading/unloading and vehicle inspections
• Comply with DOT, local, and state driving laws and safety procedures
• Maintain clean, serviced vehicles and report needed repairs
• Support branch operations and customer service as required
