Job summary

Rexel USA in College Park, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, receive, stock, and ship materials while upholding safety and accuracy. The role combines warehouse work with driving responsibilities up to 50% of time, and no CDL is required.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, prepare orders for delivery, maintain branch warehouse conditions, and support training for entry-level drivers.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift/hand truck/pallet jack operation certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pre-employment and MVR check required.
• Medical certificate verification as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify against packing lists.
• Stock and organize incoming orders.
• Prepare branch orders for shipment.
• Process shipment paperwork and labeling.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed.
• Load vehicles and ensure proper delivery preparation.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance requests.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in driver training and onboarding.
• Provide counter sales and customer support when required.
