Job summary

Rexel USA in Rexburg, ID is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver I to efficiently fill customer orders, stock materials, and support shipping/receiving. The role includes a significant driving component to deliver products to customers and branch locations, with no CDL required.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be 21+, and pass pre-employment/MVR checks. Forklift certification is preferred and safety is emphasized throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock materials, verify quantities, and report damages.
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and ensure correct items are sent.
• Process shipping paperwork and apply proper postage and labels.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Load and unload deliveries; drive company vehicles as required (up to 50%).
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles maintained.
• Adhere to DOT and driving regulations; ensure all documentation is complete at delivery.
