Rexel USA in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, receive and ship materials, and maintain branch warehouse safety and organization.

No CDL is required for this role; up to 50% of time may be spent delivering products to customers and branch locations. The position emphasizes safety, equipment operation (forklift, reach truck), and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment
• Follow SOPs, Environmental Health and Safety rules, and address safety concerns
• Receive material from vendors/customers and verify quantity against packing lists
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage claims
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product type and quantity are shipped
• Process shipping paperwork and ensure correct items are shipped and labeled
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as required
• Load common carrier and company vehicles
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Deliver materials to customers and company locations and return shipments
• Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and keep vehicles clean and maintained
• Follow DOT/local/state driving laws and routes
