Job summary

Rexel USA in Springdale, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to join our team. You will fill customer orders, receive and stock material, and operate delivery vehicles up to 50% of the time without a CDL. A focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency is essential.

The role offers physical work in a warehouse, with some driving responsibilities and opportunities to advance within Rexel’s large national network. No CDL is required for this position.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pre-employment and annual review of motor vehicle record.
• Non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire.
• No suspended license in past 3 years.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on safety.
• Receive material and verify against packing lists.
• Stock and prepare branch orders for shipment.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Deliver to customers and other locations as required.
• Process shipments and complete shipping paperwork accurately.
