The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, is at least 21, and can operate forklift or other warehouse equipment as required. No CDL is needed; safety and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual MVR review.
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire.
• No 3-year suspend licenses or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a safety-focused culture and safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules; address safety concerns.
• Receive materials and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct products are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure proper delivery documentation.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate delivery vehicles to make deliveries to/from customers and suppliers.
• Inspect company vehicle and file daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; report repairs.
• Follow DOT/local driving laws and routes.
• Load/unload vehicles and verify order accuracy.
• Assist in preparing delivery orders.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is complete (receipts, packing lists).
• Pickup material returns and inspect condition.
• Pickup material from suppliers.
• Participate in training of entry-level drivers; provide mentorship.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
