Job summary

Rexel USA in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, stock and ship materials, and perform warehouse transactions. The role includes a delivery component up to 50% of the time in a van or box truck (no CDL required).

You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with DOT and company procedures. Responsibilities include receiving goods, stocking shelves, processing shipments, and assisting with equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment and MVR review; provide non-expired medical certificate if required.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently; receive, stock, and ship material.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles; prepare deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Process shipment paperwork and verify packaging and labels.
• Inspect and maintain branch warehouse environment and equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; assist in training new drivers.
