Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading electrical products distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I for our Platt team in Redmond, OR. You'll fill customer orders, stock, and ship items while operating delivery vehicles up to 50% of the time. A valid license and forklift experience are required.

You will work within a safety-first environment, handling shipments, maintaining equipment, and supporting branch operations. No CDL is required for this role.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Certified to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and similar equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• MVR check required (pre-employment and annual).
• Medical certificate verification as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• No suspended driver's license in past 3 years.
• No major at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs, Environmental Health and Safety rules, and address safety concerns.
• Receive material and verify against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and ensure correct product.
• Process shipping paperwork and ensure correct delivery per instructions.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and related equipment as needed.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate delivery vehicles to deliver to customers and suppliers.
• Inspect vehicles and complete daily inspection reports.
