Job summary

Rexel USA in Portland, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, stock, and ship materials with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

This role includes a driving component up to 50% of time delivering products to customers and branch locations, with no CDL required. Candidates should be capable of operating forklifts and standard warehouse equipment and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass motor vehicle record checks
• Must obtain medical certificate as required by law
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license in past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per safety and quality standards.
• Operate delivery vehicle up to 50% of time to customers and branch locations.
• Verify quantities and descriptions of received materials against packing lists.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure proper labeling and postage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped.
• Maintain and inspect equipment and vehicles; perform basic maintenance.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow DOT, local, and state driving laws and regulations.
• Support additional duties at the branch as needed.
