Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver for our Platt team in Springfield, OR. The role combines warehouse duties with a driving component, delivering to customers and maintaining branch operations.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Experience level varies, with pay dependent on experience and capabilities; a valid driver's license is required and no CDL is needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment and MVR review
• Must obtain non-expired medical certificate within 30 days of hire
• No major at-fault accidents in past 3 years

Responsabilités

• Uphold a culture focused on safety and a safe work environment
• Receive materials and verify quantities against packing lists
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct items are shipped
• Process shipment paperwork and verify packaging and labels
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and other equipment as needed
• Load deliveries and drive to customers or branch locations
• Inspect vehicles and perform daily inspection checks
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse space and equipment
