Rexel USA in Redmond, OR is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver to efficiently fill customer orders, stock, and ship materials with an essential driving component. The role requires safety-first handling of equipment and adherence to DOT and company procedures.

The position offers opportunities for growth and may involve varying delivery duties up to 50% of time. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are preferred; High School diploma or GED is commonly expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver’s license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe work environment.
• Receive, stock, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and related equipment as needed.
• Load and unload vehicles and assist with deliveries.
• Inspect and maintain branch vehicles and equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation at delivery and shipment times.
