Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in New York is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Associate to enter, track, and maintain inventory within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP and AS400.

You will support order processing, production planning, data accuracy, and inventory control in a warehouse environment. The role requires a high school diploma and experience with WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office. Competitive pay, benefits, and training are provided.

Qualifications

• HIGH SCHOOL diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management modules in a WMS.
• Strong problem solving in a dynamic team environment.
• Must have experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience using SAP within a WMS is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of materials distribution and inventory processes.
• Strong data entry and transaction troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate work orders and reporting via the WMS.
• Organize incoming orders and maintain timely data entry.
• Support production planning and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain vendor inventory levels and warehouse records.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and reports.
• Troubleshoot order issues and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with returns and nonconforming product processes.
• Identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate across manufacturing cells and warehouse.
