Job summary

ADVATIX - Advanced Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Clerical Associate to support inventory movements and ensure accurate data entry. You will coordinate transfers from the warehouse to distribution and record transactions in the WMS.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior inventory control experience and WMS familiarity are preferred for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience in Inventory Control
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pull and delivery of items per SOE
• Update WMS with inventory transfers
• Reconcile inventory shortages and report discrepancies
• Handle additional material requests
• Complete after-job process via WMS and adjust inventory
• Maintain reports to track turn times
• Data entry of receiving and transfers in process
• Maintain and assign cycle counting process
