Job summary

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Clerical Associate to support rapid growth in our distribution operations. You will coordinate transfers from the warehouse to the distribution area and ensure data entries in the WMS are accurate and timely.

The role emphasizes strong computer skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook, inventory control experience, and clear verbal and written communication. Prior warehouse/WMS experience is preferred to handle cycle counts and audits efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook are necessary.
• Previous experience working in Inventory Control.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting and using a WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pull and delivery of needed items per SOE.
• Update Warehouse Management System (WMS) with inventory transfers.
• Reconcile any inventory shortages and report discrepancies as needed.
• Handle any additional material requests.
• Complete the after-job process via WMS – analyze data and return leftovers to proper location; make inventory adjustments as needed.
• Maintain all reports necessary to track turn times.
• Data entry of all receiving and transfers in process.
• Maintain and assign cycle counting process.
