Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
