Job summary

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year SAP, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma preferred; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment per the 7S program.
• Work safely and protect team members.
