Job summary

Dollamur Sport Surfaces is seeking reliable warehouse personnel for our Direct-to-Consumer department in Fort Worth. The role involves finishing mats, inspecting quality, and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced setting.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm. You will use measuring tools, read measurements, and may assist with repairs and maintenance as needed. Forklift experience is a plus, training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to solve straight forward problems with a few concrete variables
• Must possess hand-eye coordination necessary to operate machines and perform essential duties.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and the facility, as required

Responsibilities

• Finish sports mats (cutting, measuring, trimming, applying labels) for online purchases.
• Perform quality inspections on products and orders prior to shipment.

We need skilled trades people (construction, woodworking, etc.) that are used to detailed work, cutting, measuring, and heavy lifting to work in our Direct-to-Consumer department.

This position works in the warehouse to consistently meet the demands of our online sales channels. Under direct supervision, this position will be responsible for:

• Finishing sports mats (cutting, measuring, trimming, applying labels) for online purchases.
• Performing quality inspections on products and orders prior to shipment.
• Picking & pulling items for shipment based on orders and order timelines.
• Preparing products large and small for shipment in boxes.
• Must understand the use of measuring tools, be able to read measurements, and do simple math including fractions and decimals.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Standing and kneeling for an extended amount of time.
• This position will function in a manufacturing environment to fulfill essential duties. This role will regularly be required to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk.
• Occasionally this role will be required to move objects unassisted that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.
