Job summary

Dollamur is seeking a detail-oriented individual for our Art Department to hand-paint logos and designs on large-scale mats. No experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll work in a climate-controlled facility, performing precise measurements, cutting, and assembly tasks in a team environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm with some Saturday hours and possible overtime. Safety and quality are emphasized as you learn to read layouts and apply artwork to mats used in wrestling, UFC,

Qualifications

• Experience with skilled labor is a plus, but not necessary.
• Detail oriented and good with measurements.
• Able to speak, read & write in English.
• Willing to work OT and/or some weekends as required.
• Experience using hand-cutting tools, tape measure, and straight edge is a plus.
• Must be able to work on your feet and knees, bend, stoop, and lift consistently for all scheduled hours.
• Must be able to move material weighing up to 100 lbs.

Dollamur is quickly growing, and we need those experienced in skilled trades (construction, woodworking, etc.) that are used to detailed work, cutting, measuring, and heavy lifting to train as artists. No experience needed – WE’LL TRAIN YOU - just the desire and dedication to be a contributing and successful part of our Dollamur team!

The goal is to build your skills as a Sports Mat Painter and promote you before you 1 year anniversary. We are unique, which makes every new hire inexperienced in what we do – but with the right skill set and motivation, you can grow in position & pay quickly!

• The ideal candidate is detail oriented and is good with measurements.

• Experience using hand-cutting tools, tape measure, and straight edge is a plus.

• Must be able to manipulate and move material weighing up to 100 lbs. either rolling, lifting, or using a hand cart.

Work Environment

• Standing and kneeling for an excessive amount of time.
• This position will function in a manufacturing environment to fulfill essential duties. This role will regularly be required to sit, standing, kneeling, crouching, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Must use eyes to focus on color-matching art placement and quality of the product. Occasionally this role will be required to move objects unassisted that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.
