Job summary

Unlimited Sports Solutions in Lincoln, NE seeks motivated workers to manufacture and assemble high-quality sports padding used nationwide. You will engage in iterative craft tasks, including building, painting, and finishing products, with opportunities to travel for project support.

Ideal candidates bring basic construction knowledge, comfort with hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 100 lb. A reliable vehicle and legal work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic construction or fabrication knowledge.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday with overtime, weekends, and 8-12 hour shifts when needed.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you’ll help manufacture and prepare high-quality sports padding used in athletic facilities across the country.

Responsibilities Include

• Building and assembling athletic padding
• Painting and finishing products
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks

Experience with upholstery is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude.
