Job summary

Dollamur Sports Surfaces is seeking a Skilled Trade Painter for the 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will paint logos and artwork on large sports mats, measure and prep surfaces to exact specs, and work hands-on with a team of craftsmen to fulfill custom orders.

No prior art experience required; training is provided. This role offers a fast-growing environment, weekend OT options, and a path for career advancement within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on your feet or knees for extended hours.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed.

Position: Sports Mat Painter – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Optional OT on Fridays & Saturdays – earn more!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Skilled Tradespeople – experience in construction, woodworking, flooring, or other physical trades is a major plus.

• Comfortable with kneeling, lifting, bending, and using tools like tape measures and utility knives.
• Motivated team players who want to learn, grow, and move up.

• Comfortable working on your feet or knees for extended hours.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic – show up, learn, grow.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed.
• Active manufacturing setting – expect movement, dust, and loud sounds.
• Hands-on work, not behind a desk or on a screen – this is real craftsmanship.
