Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative for the 1st shift in Byhalia, MS. The CSR will handle shipping/receiving transactions, communicate with customers and transportation teams, and maintain accurate data in the WMS and Office tools.

Responsibilities include monitoring damaged goods, resolving discrepancies, and producing routine customer reports. Strong communication and organization skills are essential for ensuring smooth operations and customer

Qualifications

1–2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, data entry and internet application experience preferred.
Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (AS400) preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation (receipts, bills of lading, orders, shipment confirmations).
Communicate effectively with transportation, OFR, management, co-workers and customers using phone, email, or face-to-face.
Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office tools.
Monitor damaged and/or on-hold product, notify vendors and work with OFRs.
Collaborate with customer on needs, including workflow organization and timely responses.
Research, resolve and communicate customer, inventory, order and inbounds discrepancies.
Complete daily and/or monthly customer reporting documentation.
All other duties as assigned.
