Job summary

Apex Logistics International is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Supervisor to lead the CS team and act as the operations bridge between Warehouse Operations, Air Import/Export, Domestic Dispatch, and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong end-to-end operational knowledge, people management, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage daily operations and resolve exceptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse customer service or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of inbound/outbound shipment processes.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience including scheduling and coaching.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling time-sensitive shipments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift activities, staffing, schedules, and attendance.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse CS process from planning to dispatch.
• Coordinate with Air Import/Export, Domestic Dispatch, and Warehouse Ops.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
