Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years international freight forwarding experience (specialist).
• 3–5+ years incl. leadership (supervisor).
• Knowledge of AES, ISF, IMO and hazmat regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
• English required; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export and domestic freight operations.
• Track and update shipment status.
• Coordinate carriers, routes and logistics.
• Prepare hazmat documentation; ensure compliance (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Negotiate costs with subcontractors.
• (Supervisor) Lead SOP creation, efficiency projects and team training.
