ODW Logistics, Inc in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to handle all admin duties for receiving, storing, and invoicing customer inventory. You will work with warehouse leadership, employees and customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 1–2+ years of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (AS400). A fast-paced, team-oriented environment awaits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry, and basic internet apps.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (AS400) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with transportation, management, and customers with proper media.
• Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office.
• Monitor damaged or on-hold product and notify vendors.
• Collaborate with customers to meet needs and build long-term relationships.
• Resolve discrepancies in customer, inventory, and orders.
• Complete daily/monthly customer reporting documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
