Job summary

Pathway Group is seeking a customer service representative to handle calls, invoices, packing, and email management. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with pay rate of $20 per hour. Interviews possible next week.

You will be responsible for answering calls, creating invoices, packing small orders, shipping labels, emailing correspondence, and scheduling freight. Additional admin tasks may be assigned as needed. Thank you.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient with invoicing and order processing.
• Ability to pack small orders and create shipping labels.
• Manage emails and coordinate freight scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls.
• Create invoices and process payments if applicable.
• Pack small orders securely.
• Create shipping labels for outgoing shipments.
• Manage incoming emails and respond as needed.
• Schedule freight and coordinate with carriers.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
