Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED; at least five years in warehousing or logistics.
• Forklift certification required in most operations within 3–6 months; valid state driver's license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools, hand truck, pallet jack, and related warehouse equipment; familiarity with basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers with timely communication.
• Lead staff, provide work direction, train employees, and assign tasks.
• Perform forklift duties for heavy and oversized items.
• Coordinate receipts, storage and distribution of materials within the area.
• Operate hand tools to close/open crates and packaging.
• Complete forms and labels to ensure inventory accuracy.
