A. Duie Pyle, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team in Allentown, PA. You will act as a key contact for internal and external customers, manage inquiries, schedule shipments, and help ensure timely communication to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively as an individual contributor or in a team.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, providing shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and/or freight charges.
• Coordinating with internal departments and partners to schedule shipments and address customer issues.
• Scheduling delivery appointments and handling re-consignments.
• Coordinating communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding COD shipments.
• Ensuring the accurate billing of shipments.
• Compiling and delivering daily reports; performing daily audits of reports.
• Documenting all customer interactions for follow-up and record keeping.
• Assisting customers with My Pyle registration and website usage.
• Meeting KPIs for Call Quality, Process Knowledge, Adherence to Schedule, and Contacts per Hour.
