Job summary

Planes in Columbus, OH is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support development, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse processes. You will log inbound and outbound shipments, manage outbound ASNs, organize paperwork, and ensure accuracy in the WMS.

We value a high school diploma, detail orientation, teamwork, Excel familiarity, forklift certification preferred, and a customer service mindset to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience with Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
• Forklift certification is strongly preferred.
• Typing and accurate record-keeping for inventory.
• Customer service mindset is beneficial for shipping quality.

Responsibilities

• Log inbound and outbound shipments in appropriate systems.
• Oversee and manage all outbound ASNs in proper systems.
• Organize and maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
• Ensure all accounts are up to date in the WMS.
• Ensure photos of outbound shipments are taken and logged.
• Support a culture of safety in the warehouse.
• Oversee and participate in tasks as needed.
