Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking, monitoring, and organizing inbound and outbound paperwork.
• Audit documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards.
• Support dispatch operations (weighing trucks, monitoring fuel, assisting with container moves).
• Act as a liaison between operations and billing to ensure accurate documentation.
• Manage branch cash receipts and assist with deposits and reporting.
• Maintain inventory of operational and sales forms and order supplies as needed.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain HR documentation files.
• Serve as point of contact for inbound freight shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Communicate operational issues or discrepancies to leadership in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships.
