Job summary

Planes Companies is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse process documentation. You will assist in quality control, training, and team member development while ensuring accurate inbound/outbound logging and safety in daily operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and proficiency with Excel; forklift certification is strongly preferred, with a focus on fast-paced accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet programs.
• Forklift certification strongly preferred.
• Typing and record-keeping skills to provide accurate warehouse data.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks.
• Customer service mindset to ensure quality fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Log inbound and outbound shipments in appropriate systems.
• Oversee and manage all outbound ASNs in proper systems.
• Organize and maintain inbound and outbound paperwork.
• Ensure all accounts are up to date in WMS.
• Verify and log photos of outbound shipments.
• Support a culture of safety in the warehouse.
• Participate in completing tasks as needed.
