Job summary

Boland, a leading HVAC and building systems provider in the DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia region, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator for its Chantilly, VA location. You will stage, ship, receive parts, stock stores, and manage inventory entry and audits while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of warehouse experience (Forklift a plus), and proficiency with MS Office/Outlook. Some weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office & Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Staging, shipping, and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Stock the supply stores with appropriate merchandise.
• Inventory control and data entry into the software system.
• Filing freight bills of lading and packing slips for inventory reconciliation.
• Filing freight claims for damaged goods.
• Manage receipt, inspection, and stocking of products; ensure accuracy.
