Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator in Chantilly, VA, for Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Pay ranges from $18-20 per hour DOE.

The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and material distribution to support service, installation, drilling, and pump teams. Ideal candidates have strong inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination skills, plus forklift experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse and yard inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical stock items remain available.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse, yard, and storage areas remain clean, organized, and professional.
