P&E Constructors, LLC in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in support of project execution, material control, and site logistics. This role requires coordinating with project teams, ensuring accuracy of inventory, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse management or materials management experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems and barcode scanning technology.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to support project schedules, material readiness, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse personnel by assigning work, setting priorities, providing coaching, and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with project management, procurement, logistics, quality, safety, document control, and field supervision.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, storage, preservation, issuing, and material tracking processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure material status visibility through warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movement with vendors, transportation providers, procurement teams, and project leadership.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, identify process improvements, and develop corrective action plans when needed.
• Enforce company safety standards and project procedures while promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
