The pay range starts at $18/hr and goes up from there depending on experience and includes benefits PTO and 401k.

Your Mission
  • Receive, store, and distribute products according to company procedures
  • Prepare and verify all outgoing orders
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily receiving, stocking, and shipping activities
  • Manage technician truck inventory restocking
  • Support entry and tracking of procurement data
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with general warehouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Before You Leap

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment preferred
  • Safe and conscientious driving skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pre-Employment & Safety
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
  • Important: For safety-sensitive positions, applicants are required to pass a comprehensive drug screening, which includes testing for marijuana, as a condition of employment. While marijuana use may be legal in some states where Nwestco operates, federal regulations and company policies mandate drug testing for all safety-sensitive roles, including those governed by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
